A cheaper way to get an additional room
If you find yourself in a position where you really could do with room additions, then a conservatory is a relatively inexpensive way to do this. It’s certainly cheaper than building an extension or moving house!
Traditionally it’s thought that conservatories are hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and therefore aren’t much use as an extra room. However if you add a tiled conservatory roof your insulation will be much improved, and this will mean that you can use your conservatory all year round.
Good use of the garden
A huge unkempt garden can be off putting for potential buyers, because it looks like a lot of work.
Having a garden will increase your property value as a lot of buyers are looking for outside space. Using some of the space for a conservatory can improve the overall aesthetic and make your home much more appealing to a buyer.
A conservatory is a wonderful way to let extra light into your home, and it’s particularly effective if you can place your conservatory on the end of a room like a kitchen, to add extra light and create the illusion of space.
